Sail and Sail-Joia performed regularly at The Melkweg. The Paradiso and many clubs and concert halls in Holland and throughout Europe, Tunisia and Morocco.

Before this period, the band was fronted by three girls: Karen Harvey, Jo Alice Braswell and Maureen Gray.
